On Saturday, March 31, the Mississauga Symphony Orchestra performed Sibelius’ magnificent seventh symphony. The performance was sponsored by the Yaremczuk-Fonseca family, and dedicated to Tobias Yaremczuk.

Tobias was a musician and composer with a passion for music education and community involvement.

“…A violinist, with skill and grace,
From bow to bridge, a divine embrace…
…The musical traveller may be gone
but his music will always live on
In all of us, in our hearts, souls and minds
A legacy of his that we will always find
We will celebrate him, with each unique melody
and hold him close, in our memory…”
